such a great place to live solo, for an extended period of time. Wifi is sometimes on & off (probably depending on the amount of users and the bandwith of the wifi), but there is a starbucks nearby with great wifi. Also, right next to a Mega Soriano which is a massive super market. Even if the above wasn't enough, Luis would make it worth it. This man is pure heart, and he is so good at making you feel welcome. Thanks again Luis, I'm glad I have another 2 weeks to enjoy my stay here!

The studio we had was quite spacious, with a well equipped small kitchen and a wonderful balcony overlooking the inner pool. The location of the Condos is optimal, walking distance from 5th Ave, where all the night life is located, but far away enough to have a great quiet sleep. The underground parking is excellent and there was no issue finding a free spot. If we are back to Playa we will repeat for sure!

We loved the entire design of the spacious rooms and in generally the design of the hotel with the patio, the inner yard, the original entrance and the nice common room where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast in the calm mornings. During the nights it is indeed loud, but just go there if you can't manage to live with the party and noice around you. The staff was really nice, helpfull and cool.
