Beds were exceptionally comfortable, rooms spacious, house gloriously rustic and great facilities. Nothing was too much bother and we were made to feel like part of the family! Great location for our Hobbiton visit.

It was nicer then we even expected and worked great for us as a stay the night before we went to visit Hobbiton. The owners were very nice and it is right at the center of town so we were able to just walk down the street for dinner.

The studio itself is decorated so nicely and cleverly, e.g. with USB sockets near the bed which is a rarity in places we stayed in New Zealand. They have a picnic table on their fields where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine with a truly beautiful and peaceful setting.GudhkaYoung couple
