Great place, the staff is very nice, fridge and AC (very quiet one!) in the room. nice little balcony. The place is at walking distance to a very nice evening market with fresh food. lots of places in the parking. Walking distance to a 7-eleven, a tesco Lotus and several ATM as well as plenty nice coffee places.

Modern and nice clean rooms with hot shower, aircon, tv for a great price. Fantastic quiet location but walking distance to everything what you need. I recommend stay here

We had an extra traveller at the last minute but the guest house arranged an extra bed for one of our two rooms which solved the problem (for a minor charge). Location was close to a Lotus, street food and other minor services (eg a barber). Parking was ok but it would be crowded if maximum guests. The Thai receptionist spoke very good English perhaps because the owner was from Liverpool.

The place is well run, and the food and drink is very good. The room we had was cleaned and refreshed daily and as we wanted. Tea and coffee is provided every day too. The whole trip we are doing here in the country would be perfect if every place we stayed was up to the same high standard as we experienced at Mai Thai guest house.
