The room was very large, and with decent views of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and attentive. They communicated with me ahead of time by adding me on Line. We were able to drop off our bags and check in early, and they were very accommodating with additional requests like fresh towels and extra pillows. The room itself was spotless, with a large, comfy bed, and thick black out blinds. And of course there was the hot tub: it was huge (big enough for a taller person like myself to lie down in), and the mineral water was exactly the right temperature for a long relaxing soak. Overall, it was a great holiday made even better by a hotel room and service that exceeded out expectations.

Refrigerators, drinking water and microwave are available on the 1st floor. The public area is bright and clean. Though most rooms don't have windows, rooms are clean and nicely maintained.
