absolutely lovely property and very kind owner/staff. Everyone was welcoming, the building is breathtakingly gorgeous (clean and well-maintained while still retaining its historical charm!), the bed was super comfortable. No notes, just glowing things to say.

I enjoyed how the kitchen had supplies and was available at any time. I also liked that it was self check in and the character of the home. As well as staff I called because I didn't see check in instructions was friendly and helpful.

The staff was kind and provided exceptional service. From a complimentary upgrade to an after dinner glass of wine on the house, they went out of their way to make our anniversary stay special.

Located on a residential street parallel to South Main and Lark where there are tons of little places to grab lunch, dinner or go out for a relaxing drink. Convenient to medical center and colleges. Three nicely appointed bedrooms, one bath and a big full kitchen. There's also a dining room and sitting room to spread out. Plenty of street parking (electronic pass issued when you check in) Communication is fast and to the point!

It was VERY clean! The complimentary breakfast was great! I stayed at another Hampton Inn at a Oneonta the next night. My new favorite hotel brand.

Not the first time I stay in this hotel hotel. All is ok, as I expected. Very good solution, when you're travelling from NY to the north. Rooms are clean and comfortable, good value for money. I like the position, easy to reach. Free parking. Good wi-fi connection. E possibility to chose different places for dinner not far from the hotel.

Very very outdated, needs a complete makeover. Very disappointing -no toiletries, kitchenette with no dishes, etc, carpet was worn, bathroom dirty shower curtain, door to room looks like it had been kicked in and broken near the lock, just terrible. Staff was very nice and friendly-unfortunate. Location is great right across from UAlbany. Should have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn next door.

After traveling for 6 hours it was so nice to have a full service restaurant in house open ( open late into the evening) with a good selection from appetizers to entrees. We loved not haveing to leave the hotel in search of dinner. Also again having a hearty breakfast before getting on the road was a wonderful amenity. The staff at the front desk and the entire restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.
