This was our return trip and all went fine, about 10 minute ride from the airport and we were able to walk to a local restaurant for a late dinner. We used a ride service to travel back to the airport the following morning. NOTE that the shuttle is not available during particular morning hours dues to it's dedicated use for airline staff training.

We arrived in time for happy hour after a long drive and was amazed and pleased with what was included. Room was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly was a bonus and the staff were so kind. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Many hotels need to look to the Drury Inn and Suites Charlotte for example of how to provide a great experience and customer service.
