The location is on the edge of the 4X4 beach, very close to the ocean and to the Corolla lighthouse and several shopping and restaurant areas. The room was spotless, beds super comfortable, and the family of innkeepers was there for us when we needed them.

When we had a tiny request they ensured it was fulfilled immediately. Big plus was the cleanliness of the room. The pillows provided a choice of firmness and, for once on a beach trip, none of them smelled even slightly of the previous guest's use.

His constant communication and friendliness to us is a great indicator of how his hotel treats guests like family. The suites were appropriate for our family of 5. They are spacious (lovely use of space) and well equipped with useful appliances for a long or short term stay. The couches and beds are very comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean. This inn as a great alternative to Airbnbs. we highly recommend.
