The cleanliness. This was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were clouds. The shower was awesome. It was huge and had 3 different shower heads. The location is very convenient. It's right at the beginning of the strip, and Anakeesta is right across the street. The staff and environment are great as well. We tried extending the stay an extra night, but they were sold out for the next day. We'll definitely be staying here next time we get a hotel in The Smoky Mountains.

The location was perfect with views of the mountains from our bed! The room was very clean. I was able to check in early and start enjoying my mini staycation to celebrate my birthday on the 12th. The bathroom was clean even though it was probably about as old as me! I loved it!!! We were able to walk to the main street for dinner and a moonshine tasting and enjoy the lights in downtown Gatlinburg.

Fantastic location close to town but still quiet at night time. The restaurant was great to get breakfast each day and we had dinner there also. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The indoor pool was a big bonus and there was plenty of parking.
