Lovely place. Very clean and well maintained. Great, fully stocked kitchen. We used it to heat up our dinner. Had the kitchen and dining area to ourselves. Really nice large patio with a great view.

The location was fine, on a crescent off the main road into Julian. Beautiful big trees and natural surroundings. Room #1 had a nice terrace, which would be nice for a stay of at least two nights because having lunch or dinner there would be lovely. The bed was ultrasoft with lots of pillows to prop oneself up for reading. The bottled water was nice; the air in Julian can be dry as it was the days we were there. Access by code was easy and realistic.

This Inn is charming. I loved the antiques in the rooms and the Tavern (an interesting space with snacks/drinks and a cozy atmosphere). Laura and her husband were great hosts.

The hosts were friendly and available if we needed something (pool towels, extra coffee). The room was up steep stairs but no issue for us. It was clean and peaceful and had a nice patio (room 1). We enjoyed the small pool and the tavern room stocked with drinks and snacks which is a nice idea. Parking was easy at the bottom of the stairs. Location is close to main part of town.

I loved the ease of checking in and appreciated the texts providing important facility information before I arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food (I ordered dinner and overnight oats for breakfast because I had to leave in the morning before the Continental breakfast was set out). I liked the decor and especially enjoyed the views overlooking Lake Cuyamaca. I will visit again.

Very comfortable accommodations! We made dinner & breakfast at the cottage, and slept so well in the cozy bed. Everything we needed was there, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. We’ll come back!
