    the guy that checked me in , was RUDE.. there was black hair in my folded wash rags. candy wrappers in between the bed & night stand. .. due to 2 family deaths last month. iv been coming back & forth to west plains every three weeks to care for elderly family member & take care of estates. and Iv stayed at Quality inn 3 times now. but probably won’t be back.

    The Quality Inn was an updated hotel with a pretty lobby and nice breakfast area. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again when passing through.
