The breakfast was included and SO GOOD! Especially the waffles! The beds were so cozy and they had good things to watch on the TVs. The rooms were clean and smelled great and the bathroom was roomy and everything looked wheelchair accessible (I didn't bring mine on this trip but next time I visit I'll bring it and stay here again!) they moved me to a first floor room because I cannot safely climb the stairs and they were so accommodating. The room service was awesome and it was a very modern and well decorated hotel. I loved my stay!

Common areas need better janitorial services. Stairwell carpet looks terrible. Elevator needs maintenance, stainless was dirty, floors stayed dirty. The staff at desk and custodial were very nice. As a facility maintenance professional I know it’s a tough job, but based on online reviews this stay was a disappointment.

Shuttle to airport. Convenient to airport. We did not eat breakfast at hotel breakfast bar, so nothing to note. We opted to go across the street to cracker barrel. There were nearby food options for dinner. Area appeared safe. Employees helped us donate a cooler to charity that we were not taking with us. Very helpful, as we don't like to needlessly put things in a landfill. Pleasant staff.
