Every room at this inn is air conditioned and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. You will find a kettle in the room. All rooms have a private bathroom equipped with a shower. I booked my room using this app and they mixed up my booking. Having said that, the whole team at Katoomba Hotel and Three Sisters Motel are amazing. My initial experience was a bit odd because of the mix up but everything went great after that. I feel bad that I can't remember the names of the staff as I'm sure I wrote em somewhere in my journal but just want to give kudos to the team. You guys are amazing!

The on site bistro serves lunch and dinner. Drinks can be enjoyed at the beer garden.
The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They made us feel so welcome and even helped us out a lot when waiting for our luggage to arrive. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall appeal, fireplaces, ambience, stunning decor. Staff were fabulous and very helpful and friendly. The facilities are exceptional especially the wood fired spa and sauna. The breakfast was generous, the dinner was delicious with the food being varied and high quality. Everything we needed was there.

Delightful old manor house with elegant classic rooms and decor surrounded by charming gardens. Staff were super friendly and it felt awesome to be part of this initiative for a weekend. We had dinner on the Sat night in a busy bustling dining area and the food was of a high standard, service was great and all very reasonably priced. Breakfast (included in room rate)was a generous buffet of hot and cold dishes. Exceptional experience.

a lovely little garden hideaway. A bit too far to walk into town if going late eg for dinner but a lovely walk during the day. a lovely pool area and breakfast included in room price was a nice value add.
