The owners are extremely friendly, as are the two dogs. The bed was very comfortable and warm and the breakfast was nice. Totally recommend.

So this hostel, is two hostels next door to each other, and I didn’t stay in the one I booked, which wasn’t a huge issue for me. The location is close to the centre and also the view point. Hostal Las Balsas features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Copacabana. It is a nice place to stay, the view of Titicaca through the windows by the morning is nice. Breakfast is simple: coffee or tea, one egg, 2 breads, jelly and butter. There is hot water and television works. The staff is really great. Worthy.
