Despite being shared, the bathrooms were very clean. The house is a few minutes walk from the village centre. an excellent base for winter sports. And seeing deers from the window was an extra bonus. This lovely inn is located in a beautiful setting beside the river and a short walk into the quaint village of Val-David. We were greeted by a very friendly host who was very accommodating. After settling in, we enjoyed a lovely glass of wine on the patio and really enjoyed the peaceful setting. Our room was exceptionally clean and beautifully renovated. Breakfast the next morning was very delicious and very nicely presented.

Hospitality, access to spa and sauna, snack and beverage lounge in the lobby, updated bathrooms with well thought out features. The room had ample electric outlet that were placed logically. Nice sized closet to hang outdoor gear, storage safe, mini-fridge + snacks, small desk all included and a very pleasant surprise considering the price. In addition to everything already mentioned, the included breakfast is phenomenal for the price (hot breakfast bar, fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, cafe-style coffee, juices, pastries etc).
