I was initially skeptical of the all 10 star reviews on here but man they surpassed all my expectations when I got there. Rooms are big and clean, I checked in quite late at night and the manager Dumee was there to help. The food was AMAZING, and catered very well to my vegan requests. Dumee took me around Rekawa beach and showed me the untouched beaches and the marsh land for birdwatching. The property is abundant with greenery and sitting outside on the balcony at breakfast with the sound of the birds and the rain was pure bliss. If I ever find myself in that area, this is the only place I will stay. Dumee is super experienced in hospitality and the service during my stay showed a lot. Thanks for everything!

El Green Lake ofrece jardín y habitaciones en Tissamaharama, a 2,2 km de Tissa Wewa. También cuenta con recepción 24 horas y restaurante. Además, goza de vistas a la montaña. The family was amazingly welcoming and super helpful with all you could ask for. They took great care of us, starting with a tour around the lake with Tharindu, they offered coffee and some local fruits of their garden, we had great talks with the family. We even saw Crocs from the garden!! We loved the garden of the house, so cute!! We would always come back for sure. we also booked the Safari with tharindu which was super cool trip, highly recommend it to book with him :-)

This is the best stay I had in my time during my Sri Lankan visit. I liked everything about this property. They will send a tuktuk to the bus stop to pick you up and also will arrange a tuktuk to take you into the bus stop when you check out - free of cost. Food will be prepared on order and that was delicious too. They will arrange Yala safari if you are interested, pick up at 4.30am. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the animal/bird species but unfortunately the vehicle got broken down and he had to arrange a new one. New driver also tried to show us everything around. Ppl at the stay packed the breakfast and left it with the driver and in the park during safari, we were served with delicious breakfast. After the checkout, the tuktuk they arranged, took me to the bus stop and showed the bus that I have to board. Overall, this was the bestest stay I had in Sri Lanka

El River Face Inn es un alojamiento acogedor situado en la localidad de Yala. Ofrece unas vistas impresionantes al río Kirindi Oya y cuenta con zona de barbacoa y recepción abierta las 24 horas. Incluso con el calor abrasador que ha sido típico en Sri Lanka últimamente, apenas lo sentimos gracias al maravilloso entorno de este hotel. Rodeado de exuberante vegetación y a la sombra de altos árboles, el ambiente era agradablemente fresco. Las habitaciones eran increíblemente cómodas y los aires acondicionados funcionaban a las mil maravillas. Es el tipo de lugar que te invita a regresar, e incluso nos embarcamos en un safari desde el mismo hotel. ¡Te recomiendo de todo corazón que también te regales unas vacaciones aquí!

We arrived later in the evening and they were super welcoming and caring. The breakfast was amazing and the stay itself is huge and super close to the beach. They just reopened after 6 years and it’s definitely worth supporting! We can only recommend :-)

Very good place, the hosts are very friendly and always willing to help with everything. They really made me feel at home. It is a peaceful place, balcony with sea views. Great breakfast! I am very grateful! I will return to stay more days.
