Always greeted us when we came to the place and had a nice chat with them. They were also very helpful - they did our laundry when we couldn't find a place that was open (because of Srilankan new year), called the place to ask if they're open when we wanted to see Kandy dancers and even shared some homemade food with us on new years. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Hot water is working.
