The place was amazing, the tents where luxurious and offered anything you might need. Dinner was an experience of its own, outside with view to the night sky. Complementary walks, night walk to explore the nature and of course the safari, all amazing!!! Excellent choice!!!

The manager / park ranger was amazing and so knowledgeable about the wild life. loved the flute player at dinner , that was a very special treat, and the food was one of our best meals we had in Sri Lanka

Lovely small family run hotel set in nature, 5 minutes drive outside Yala National park. Friendly and helpful staff. Helped us organise transport and safari. Nice restaurant with good breakfast and dinner options. Staff even prepared us a breakfast box to take with us as we left early on our last day. Nice rooms with AC and pool.

I loved the authenticity of the place and the people here. Chilled backpacker vibes. Roberto is a great host ensuring a very warm welcome to guests offering tea etc . Loved the rustic architecture , very much in tune to surrounding Nature complimented with the animals on site. Lodge is set by the river so you can go for a dip and cool down. And ample space for you to relax, read and do yoga.

This lovely lodge was like your own little house. It was near to the owners house so you felt safe but had a lovely rustic feel with lots of nature surrounding you. Very clean and good size bed. Air conditioning was great. Family and owner were extremely friendly and welcoming. They cooked amazing authentic food. The bbq under the stars was a fabulous touch. Great proximity to Yala National park for a safari. The lodge arranged everything.

Food, service, rooms were amazing. The boys treated us so well right from the start to end. Lunch was Sri lankan style rice and curry. Dinner was BBQ with soup and spring rolls. The staff were very accommodating and guided & helped us every step of the way.

Beautiful spot right by the lake with gorgeous views and great wildlife spotting from the terrace. The hosting family were very welcoming, friendly and helped us organise a safari and transport the next day. They also cooked us a delicious dinner the night we arrived!

Udara was lovely and a great presence on the 2 Yala Safaris he sorted out for us. We saw a leopard! The accommodation was excellent, as were the breakfasts included the price, and the 2 amazing homecooked dinners we paid for there. I would recommend this to anyone. They also had a washing machine.
