The hotel offered more facilities than we expected. Dining room staff for dinner were excellent. Delighted at large dining room. Excellent breakfast. Only problem with room was the bathroom was far too small. Room was warm and cozy.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, really delicious and the restaurant area was really nice and comfortable.

It's very well located (close to the beginning of many tracks). The place is clean, the bed is confortable. The breakfast is very good. Emmaly, Josh and Gillian were all very nice, they gave me good advice to enjoy some tracks despite the weather being not that good ^^ Thanks !

I loved the motor inn. One thing though was the suitcase stand was jutting out from the wall where it was situated so I moved it because it was in a disability unit and could have caused a fall. Otherwise, the unit was perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. thanks for GREAT stay.

Perfect stay at Alpha Inn for our family, we stayed in the Taranaki room (pretty sure that was the name) and the Inn staff beat our expectations. Room was so clean and comfy, the guidelines and policies were easy to follow. Staff were friendly with daily check ins and room refreshers (new towels, mini rubbish removal). Great location, 5 minute drive from the main centre. Our check in and check out we’re easy for our first family motel stay. Loved it!!!! Oh and there’s a barber right near the entrance so location was convenient.

Both Maha and Hone are hospitality's host Nice and warm place to stay Plenty of food for breakfast and Hone offered us some extras for dinner due to no shop opened on Easter holiday

We had dinner in restaurant, great meal, the bar staff were very friendly. Will be returning as great halfway stop to Wellington. The room was a good size, beds very comfortable and nice hot shower.

Rooms are clean, and tastefuly decorated. Located close to National Park and Whakapapa ski fields. The spa pool is great for relaxating after hiking or skiing. The drying room and kitchenette are very useful, although if it's a full house the shared fridge/freezer provided wouldn't be adequate, and there is only dinning table and chairs for 6 people, so a small table and chairs outside each room would be useful.

Great rustic charm. Loved the leather couch in the room. Great modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Enjoyed having a few drinks and dinner in the restaurant by the fire. Perfect winter weekend away.
