Great size and excellent location. Loved the different areas on the unit. So good I could use my room key to get into Les Mills too. Also a two minute walk to catch the airport shuttle bus on Courtney Pl for $10. Winning.

Rydges is in an excellent location in the city, close to the stadium and the harbour. The swimming pool, gym and sauna were lovely. We loved having a good restaurant downstairs for dinner.

Breakfast was great, kept us full until dinner both days. The room was clean and tidy, staff excellent. It's Novotel, they're always excellent.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming from the beginning. Bed was very comfy, room was quiet, facilities were great (especially washing machine in bedroom and the kitchenette!) and location was perfect for exploring Wellington. Free parking was also a bonus - we booked this with them in advance and they gave us a parking voucher to display in our car
