The property’s reservations team works across both their properties, El Albergue and El Balcón in Cusco where we also stayed. They created an itinerary for us to visit Machu Picchu, including train and entrance tickets and transfers between Cusco and Ollantaytambo. All arrangements worked perfectly.

The Pisac Inn is a perfect location in the centre. I had a lovely, spacious room with 2 beds. Reliable running water can be tough to come by in Pisac but the shower was great in this hotel and comfy beds too!
Really can't fault it, the staff were helpful and friendly...and helped me book taxis when I needed (which usually helps you get a fairer fare). Wonderful stay, super grateful to Pisac Inn for being a lovely base for my time there!

This small hotel is a part of an historic building, with an inner yard (with potential, it was quite unkept) and close to the Plaza. Our triple room had no windows, not recommended for those with claustrophobia. The communal space is small. The breakfast is simple. The price was fair for what we got. In the same yard is a massage salon which was very good.
Manuel, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. He even helped us cross a serious landslide that had taken place that same day. He is a very caring host. Furthermore, the dinner and breakfast were very nice and filling
Olga at the front desk was amazing! Best service. She was very helpful, thoughtful, and kind. 10/10 recommend for a short stay over while in Machupicchu. As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed my stay and out of all of the places I stayed in while on my trip in Peru from Lux hotels to Inns, the client service here was the BEST!
The best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Amazing receptive staff, restaurant is delicious (both the included breakfast and dinner/drinks). We also took a yoga class which was great. We loved the tea service and getting the refills of hot water at night plus the hot water bottle in bed. All of the facilities were clean and amazing. Just a wonderful place!
Our stay at the Pisac Inn was wonderful!! Location is perfect on the Square and so fun to sit on the porch for a drink and enjoy some people watching. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive!! The king size bed was amazing after a day of hiking and so comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Special thanks to Roxner for her great communication and helping us with taxi, luggage and more. This hotel is a GEM in Pisac and we would highly recommend it!
A charming place full of character - walkable to the main square of Cusco. The rooms are surrounded by a small beautifully kept garden with lovely views of the city. The breakfast was very good plus we had an excellent dinner in their small restaurant where everything is freshly made & very tasty.
Food was lovely. Dinner was very nice, although the main course could have been served little warmer for me.
Boutique hotel, rustic and very artisanal look. Restaurant serves super delicious fresh food, the breakfast and the dinners we had were some of my favorite meals. Staff is very kind and warm. Loved the whole look
The owner made us feel really welcome without being obtrusive. They offered helpful advice and suggestions when we needed them. Breakfasts were simple but lovely with eggs meat cheese bread and excellent coffee. We were even given a huge flask of hot water each afternoon for unlimited teas (when the owner worked out we were stereotypical tea drinking Brits!) :) it was a nice touch. The guest house is a bit like a museum packed with quirky artefacts and pictures. Feels quite rustic but excellent value for money.
1) Lovely staff 2) Décor rustic-chic-minimalist 3) Room with balcony and mountain view, sustainable toiletries and yoga mat inside the wardrobe 🧘🏼♀️ 4) Amazing food: best welcome drink ever (Flor de Jamaica con limón). Both breakfast and dinner starred-like restaurant standard 5) Garden with beautiful flowers, trees, fresh water springs and hammocks
