Location was good, in a quiet area…staff were courteous and made good recommendations for dinner at a restaurant nearby

It’s close to the center. Has great food!!! Breakfast & Dinner. Very friendly receptionists.

We and our dog were welcomed warmly and language barrier overcome with a friend on Facetime and Google translate. Our stay was out of season when most guest houses and hotels were shut so we were grateful to be able to stay for 3 nights. Very good value and whole place was nice and warm despite freezing conditions outside. We used the communal kitchen to prepare our food along with the other 4 guests as no owners or staff on site.

Clean and spacious room. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, with a good variety to choose from.

We found the accomodation easily and could park our car as there were many parking spots. The check-in was fluid as we could communicate with the staff in english. The breakfast was tasty and lavish. The ski resort is a 10 minute walk from the door of the accomodation and the centre of Tatranska Lomnica is also a 10 minute walk so the restaurants for dinner were nearby. The room was clean and roomy. We had a great time!

The hotel has thermal pools, lots of amazing service, beautiful rooms and just about everything perfect! Total amazing breakfasts amd dinners.

A great place to start hiking tours in the Tatra mountains. The chata is comfortable and cosy. We booked one of the small rooms, but had enough space to store things. Good breakfast and nice choices for a Slovak dinner in a rustic atmosphere. And you can book the Sauna with a view to the forest and mountains :)

Very well located pension, nearby many hiking routes and the local train/electricka station. The rooms are big and super clean with comfy beds. Breakfast is really good too (including the coffee). Martina at the reception desk takes very good care of all the guests, she provides hiking tips etc. The restaurant on the ground floor, which doesn't belong to the hotel, is nice too and it is an easy option for dinner after a tiresome day in the mountains. All in all very good value for money.

An excellent choice in Poprad about 1km walk from the city centre. Large rooms with very nice rustic furniture, very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linnen. Excellent breakfast; we even had freshly picked blueberries for our youghurt/ musli. We were handled by englishspeaking staff, in particular Sonya that with her kindness and understanding made our stay the very best. Will forever remember that I was given the Benedict porcelain cup from Karlovy Vary at departure.
