Situated conveniently in the centre of Chiang Mai, ONCE (upon a time) Chiang Mai Home offers free WiFi throughout the property, free bikes and free private parking for guests who drive. The breakfast is super delicious and there are four kinds of type you can choose. The living room is beautiful and the room is very big and clean. We arrive at midnight and the employee wait us to check-in which I’m very appreciate. I’ll choose to stay here again next time.

The design of the hotel is great, a mini jungle with a pool in the middle. It's on a back road so the noise isn't too bad and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry service was great, all amenities in the room worked and the open-air shower in my room was a nice novelty.

Liam's Guesthouse Adults Only is located in Chiang Mai, a 10-minute drive from the City Centre and the Night Bazaar. It features free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and rooms with views of the mountains. Everything was perfect from the pick-up at the airport to the return to the airport. Marcel and his staff are committed to making your stay as pleasant as possible. They are the benchmark that other stays should be based. It was like returning to a Thailand that is quickly fading. Excellent place to stay if you want to see Chiang Mai while having a quiet and civilised place to return to at night. The combined Asian and European menu made it our first choice for dinner. Excellent breakfast. The other guests were very polite, respectful, and no children was a dream come true.

Located in Mae On, 31 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, Miggi's Home provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. For a climber, this place is fantastic. Easy walk to crazy horse, Jira restaurant for delicious cheap meals, 7 eleven and Skugga Farm for nice coffee and fresh bread. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountain. We had a fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The place has a lovely feel with the nice garden. Owner organised transport for us to the hot springs so we could take the local bus from there back to Chiang Mai. Would definitely stay again.

Nuy and Barry are fantastic hosts. They will do anything to make your trip a success. Arrange tours, arrange flights, Feed a hungry traveler in the middle of the night. Like staying with family. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. And everything works. They helped an American get home who had broken his phone. He wasn't even staying at their hotel

Sang Serene House is a self-catering accommodation located in Chiang Mai. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The property is 5.7 km from Chiang Mai Gate and 6.2 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. Great location on the edge of town it's really quiet but we could cycle to Maya Mall, Fashion market and Angkaew Reservoir in about 10 minutes. Their are lots of varied eating options locally from 50 baht Thai to top notch European cuisine. Check Google Maps, you won't be disappoint! The staff are delightful and the 'Boss Man' had perfect English and could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Rooms are really comfortable. Beds are European style medium firm the balcony is beautiful, plenty of electrical sockets with desk and table for two. Coffee making in room, separate kitchen facilities. Really nice bathroom with hot and cold water. There is a full size swimming pool within walking distance at Centre of the Universe. They had 2 bikes and we cycled everywhere we wanted and had a really relaxed stay. This part of Chiang Mai is clearly where the well off locals live. It's absolutely beautiful with fields and mountain views. We felt totally safe walking and cycling. Crazy good value for genuine European 3 star room facilities in 4 star location. I think they also do monthly rates for those seeking an AirBnB alternative.

Great location and walking distance to Old Town, many temples, Goi (host) was wonderful giving recommendations and chatting along with giving us our send off ride to the airport. She’s so sweet and caring. Snacks and facilities provided for eating on site. There are only 2-3 rooms ever booked at one time so that care can be given to all guests there.
