I find this place very helpful and friendly. Rooms have a balcony hot water shower and other normal facilities. Hot water is available all day for coffee. microwave at reception. Pool is enjoyable.The place is not far from central Pattaya Beach can walk.overall a good experience. Good and polite owner speak good English. Would say very good people.Will be back here.

There are food choices right outside the apartment, and a 7-Eleven less than 5min away. Short trip whether you want to go to Jomtien or Pattaya city. The staff is friendly, service minded and speaks English well. Spacious room. We were 5 people. (2 adults 3 children) The room had 2 bedrooms with each their own air-condition that worked well. The living room was equipped with a large ceiling fan that was able to keep the room comfortable on its own. I highly recommend staying here.
