The room was stylish and well appointed with a lovely ensuite. Breakfast was superb and Eren met our request for a 7.30am service on the day we left. Eren was very helpful recommending restaurants which were excellent, helping with reservations and information. Beautiful views. Courtyard area for relaxing in with beautiful pot plants. We found the mattress a little hard but got used to it. Thankyou for making our stay a memorable one.

We experienced a truly traditional experience, exactly what we wanted. The accommodation is located in a very good place, the view takes your breath away and the employees are extremely friendly and do their best to make you feel good. The owner also helped us choose a hot air balloon trip that went perfectly! The breakfast was also very tasty and varied. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

Melek is one of the few real cave hotels there. Steeped in history, this place is a pleasure to be in. The staff there, Gazi and Sameh, are amazing. Communication was easy since Gazi speaks quite a few languages and English fluently. The homemade cookies at breakfast are really very good.

The location is perfect and by walking distance to the city center but quiet at night. Tayfun arranged for me a late check in as my flight arrives after midnight. This is a place where you feel at home.
