Every morning, a complimentary breakfast is served on Melek Hotel's lovely rooftop terrace. The communal lounge also offers a cosy place to relax and share stories with other guests.
Many hotels at Cappadocia call themselves cave hotels. Not many genuinely are. Melek is one of the few real cave hotels there. Steeped in history, this place is a pleasure to be in. The staff there, Gazi and Sameh, are amazing. Communication was easy since Gazi speaks quite a few languages and English fluently. The homemade cookies at breakfast are really very good.

Goreme
Located in the historic Göreme region of Cappadocia, Maron Stone House has a terrace with views of the Red and Rose valleys and Uchisar Castle. It offers a free pick up service from the Goreme Bus Station, and free Wi-Fi. We arrived to the hotel late in the evening, but the staff was still up and very helpful in checking us in and taking our bags to the room. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace while we took in views of the incredible valley and the dozens of hot air balloons all around. It was so cool! The Turkish breakfast consisted of sausage, grilled peppers and other veggies, hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, yogurts, fresh baked bread, tomatoes, various yummy cheeses, as well as cereals, coffee and juices. That was the best part of each day. The hotel is completely made of stone and is very well maintained. The rooms were clean and included a large bottle of water, electric kettle, coffee and tea, as well as fresh slippers (a nice touch!). We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and on our last night, they upgraded our room to a larger suite, which was nice for our final evening. The whirlpool tubs in the rooms were awesome! I highly recommend it. In terms of location, we were just minutes from the main plaza where you can shop, eat all kinds of cuisine, get a taxi, visit a hamam, and hike to breathtaking views. Finally, I cannot say enough good things about Jose and the rest of the staff. You get a sense that is family owned and operated, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. They were so incredibly nice and helpful every step of trip, from helping us schedule the green tour, the sunset atv tour, shuttles from and to the airport (at very reasonable rates of 10 euros pp), they took care of everything. The best part is the atv tour starts in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to go very far to suit up. I cannot recommend this place enough. You'll be very satisfied with your stay.

Vast and clean room,.nice bathroom, kind guys at the reception. Large choice for breakfast, lot of places for dinner all around. Great value for the price !
Incredible helpful staff, gorgeous rooms with hot tubs, really comfy beds, great outdoor areas for sitting and enjoying the weather, lots of spots to relax around the hotel, and a great breakfast spread and delicious dinner in the restaurant. They even helped us put an extra bed in one of the rooms so two people wouldn't have to share a double bed, and baked a birthday cake specially for my mum's birthday, complete with candles and in the flavours we requested!
Everything! The location was very easy to find and walk to restaurants and shops. The property and room were beautiful and well appointed. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. My 12 year old son said that Daniel was his favorite person he met in Turkey! The breakfast was one of the most delicious and fresh that we had on our whole trip. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace to sip wine and have a lovely dinner under the stars. Thank you for such a magical stay.
The cave suites are super cool, rustic and just what we wanted. Super comfortable bed, lovely jaccazi bath/shower in our room too. Location is on a steep hill but close to everything and all tours collect. Prime location to watch balloons in morning and also sunset
Location is perfect. One minute from downtown. Very very kind owners. Very nice house with local atmosphere, cute and clean room & bath, no any smell, very comfortable & soft bed, AC and WIFI are working well. Room was warm inside. Very beautiful views from balcony. The breakfast was delicious and dinning room is perfectly located on top, so we enjoyed views during breakfast. For sure come back here for next trip to Cappadocia.
We absolutely loved Arinna! The location was perfect with amazing views of the balloons and the valley! Breakfast was delicious, room was gorgeous, location was fab, everything was perfect 😍 Could not recommend staying here more highly it was absolutely fantastic!!!!
Great location for the hot air balloons, the lunch/dinner food was delicious, cocktails were nice and I liked the rustic cave aesthetic. Staff were friendly and helpful, they arranged my Covid test and printed it as well. The spa was nice, although it was part of the sister hotel.
