Great room with everything you would need (microwave etc) and lovingly decorated! very comfortable, very clean. Easy contact and safe check-in via mail, very friendly with all the necessary information. Loved it!

Truly incredible experience with exceptional attentiveness from Stephanie and her team. Breakfast was incredible and the homemade cookies were gorgeous. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations and will certainly be staying here again.

Set in a converted mill dating from 1870, this unique boutique Inn sits on the banks of the Mill River, 5 miles from downtown Northampton. very comfortable and easy to access. Staff very proactive in providing information and welcomes. Cafe also very nice.

Good breakfast, served in the room (must order the evening ahead). Personnel is friendly and helpful. You can reach the airport by water taxi with a charming 10 minute boat ride which is not expensive. We love small, quiet hotels, and this was perfect.
