Take a look at the "Golden Roof Museum" located underneath the Goldenes Dachl. It is nice to visit and definitly the better choice over the Zeughaus, when you are interested in Tyrol history.

It is on the 4th floor of a beautiful historical building with stone walls and timber floors and the windows looking down onto the walking area and the golden roof of the imperial building. Breath taking setting. Dogs are allowed and it meant a lot to us.

We ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant one evening - the food was excellent and reasonably priced.

It was only 20m's from the main bridge in the centre of Innsbruck that crossed the river. This means that you are only 200m's from the Golden Roof, shop's and the main centre of the city with all the great restaurants. The breakfast was very good and we had a room with a view over the river to the Old city it matched our expectations. The ceiling in the room when at night, when the light was switched off was completely covered in stars. "Magnificent".
