Make sure that if you purchase a pass that you are 90% sure...
Make sure that if you purchase a pass that you are 90% sure you can use it. They claim you can get your money back but many customers did NOT receive their money back for the 2020-2021 season despite public health stay at home orders. Their customer service has been horrible, despite us having been skiers there for 30+ years. Buyer beware!

Ski lifts and gondolas for both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains are within a 15-minute walk even with carrying skis and having to walk in ski boots. It's also within walking distance to Whistler Village Information Center and the local bus transit center. Gym and pool small but was never full or overcrowded. Hot tub lovely. Great location for Whistler mountain and all shops and restaurants but also in a more quiet spot.

The location is perfect with easy access to everything and a grocery store as well as a liquor store on the ground floor. Parking is convenient and easy to access. It's only a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops. Biggest perk is the building is about 300m from the chairlifts and gondolas at the base of Whistler Mountain!
