Breakfast is typical Asian and adequate and after 8pm there are snacks and tea & coffee made available.

The staff were very helpful with every request, giving me directions to tourist sites, hospital for a covid test, etc. The location is right on shangxiajiu walking street. The hostel is also close to shamian island, the xiguanxiaojie area, and yongqingfang. All good places to wander around (for yongqingfang I recommend diving off the main streets and redeveloped parts into the old alleys - waayyy more interesting).
