We went there hoping to try eating a scorpion.
We went there hoping to try eating a scorpion. As we rounded the corner to the street, we were hit with the most awful smell we have ever smelled ! It was awful. We still ventured down the street in search of the scorpions. They had every other creature and animal part available to eat, but the side of the street that had the scorpions was closed for remodel. So, IF you are looking to eat a scorpion, find out first if they are open before you take a taxi here. There really is nothing else here, in my opinion. They have only a couple of souvenier stands. The locals seem to love it and were eating the street food, but we just got out of there as fast as we could.
