The museum is good to wander through, but the highlight is...
The museum is good to wander through, but the highlight is the tour of the factory. You must book online in advance. I would suggest at least a couple of months in advance. We did not, but pleaded our case & managed to get a tour using a buyers invitation of the factory that was not taken up. (Lucky!)

Just enjoy the place.
Just enjoy the place. A treat to the eyes of those who love cars. Take the hop on hop off tour BMW museum and Olympiapark tour as it is not in the main city and travelling by taxi will definitely burn your pocket.ColettePIndia

Location excellent for visiting the northern part of Munich ( Allianz arena, BMW museum, Olympic park all on a short minute walk or drive from it etc.... ).
