The hotel is located on a busy corner of Eyre Square and a crosswalk was right outside our window so we heard the crosswalk beeping as people crossed. The staff was very accommodating and kind, and the bar/pub was great for food and drink! It was in a wonderful location as far as getting to Shop Street, etc. We had a WONDERFUL stay in Galway!

The room was very clean with plenty of towels and bath supplies. My nephew really appreciated the snacks that were available for purchase on the desk! The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the lamb shank dinner in the pub was outstanding!!

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Riverside suite which is over 2 floors and was a perfect hideaway when we needed some down time. The breakfast on both days was excellent, we tried a bit of everything across our stay. We will definitely return.
