The view into Vembanad Lake was good. Staff was always courteous, though checkin took time in spite of us arriving late by 2-3 hrs after check-in time. Evening entertainment (tabla-flute combo musical) was decent. Artists played really well.

The resort is surrounded with beautiful homes which have backwater channels around them, and it is supremely quiet where you can just hear different birds chirping around you. You will be left mesmerised with the interior design of the rooms, walls of which are baked bricks - architecture of the place is influenced by Larry Baker style.
