A fantastic way to spend the day!!
A fantastic way to spend the day!! I felt like a queen bee in garden of delights!! Statues, fountains, plenty of areas to sit and relax in the beauty!! Wow! Don't miss this!! Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring an umbrella to stay out of the sun.

EUR 10 to get in. The park is not maintained (other then cutting the grass). Fountains did not work, water in the ponds is murky and there were even dead birds in the water. 2 out of 3 entrances closed. Very disappointing.

I booked tickets through the official museum website ahead...
I booked tickets through the official museum website ahead of time and when we went to the gate to go in, we were not allowed to enter because their website said I had "picked"up my tickets already. I had not and had the email with the ticket voucher with me. The gate attendant would not call or check on the problem with their system. She suggested I buy another set of tickets! I did not want to spend another 52 euros to replace tickets I had already purchased, but did not get to use! Needless to say, we did not visit the gardens! I emailed the Help Desk ... it is now 7 days later and I still have not heard from them! Lesson to others: DO NOT buy Boboli Garden Tickets ahead of time - they will just try to rip you off and pay twice for them!

It is very well located- Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens at 8 minutes away. We arrived after 8PM and was very easy to acces the key. The parking was a plus- we enjoied Firenze by walk and by bys( the drivers from Florence are very chaotic).

It is a lovely old converted house into a boutique hotel with old world charm. The location is great, very close to the Porta Romana and the entrance/exit of the Boboli Gardens and the Pitti Palace. It is in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to the old town. The sunroom and backyard patios were lovely to sit and enjoy. Bernadetta was a friendly and helpful receptionist. Onsite parking was also a plus. Breakfast was ok.
