One of the most ancient castle ever known.
One of the most ancient castle ever known. It’s a fortress built on a tiny isle near the centre of the city which is part of the nice district. Its legend tells that the Partenope sirene died there and that the poet Virgilio himself put an egg in the basement.

A magic place you can see the whole of the Bay from it's...
A magic place you can see the whole of the Bay from it's battlements ,there are a lot of eateries at the base of the castle. A lot of weddings take place here .Off shore you can see the mussel nets. This area is now pedestrian walk way
