Lovely setting for your entrance into the old town and your first view of the Arena. Shaded parkland in the centre which can be nice to get out of the sun. Atmospheric in the eveing when everyone is out strolling. Good little supermarket (Pam) just off the main route and lots of places to eat.

Apartment has lots of room with two bathrooms, 3 double beds and two singles. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great showers, sitting and dining room and really helpful host. Perfect for exploring Verona, Venice (only 75 mins on high speed train) and Lake Garda (only 13 mins on train).

Angela, the host, was very nice. She came to meet us in front of the apartment and gave us the key. She shared some recommendations on places to go out which we appreciate. The apartment is spacious, clean, two nice bedrooms and a kitchen (we only stayed for one night and ate out, but the kitchen is well equipped). Plenty of towels in the bathroom too.

I think for a room in a block of apartments/offices, it's a bit expensive. I had no option but to book here since I attended a concert and probably most hotels were already full.
