There were tram stops across the road. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was neat, clean and functional. The bed was comfortable. Even though there was major road work going in the station precinct, the room was well insulated from the noise beneath and it did not affect the ease of getting to the JR Station.

As most instructions are in japanese, I could not find the heater controls and the room was cold. You can easily take a taxi from Nagasaki station if you have more luggage. The breakfast was more western then japanese. It was worth the price and very tasty.
