Check out Chhanty's store on the southeast corner of the central food market area. She is the sister of Kak Chhanty, the late, great singer behind the Cambodian Space Project. Her small store is full of film posters, album art, and travel posters from Cambodia's "golden age" of rock from the 1950s to 1970s. A great trip to retro Cambodia.

The café downstairs is SO NICE and while I don't drink coffee, I liked the food I had there. I was only there for one night between stops so I didn't have time to do much in the neighborhood, but there are many cafés and restaurants nearby and the hotel is only one block away from the Russian Market.

I had the 1-room apartment (larger than a studio) which was a good size. All relatively new. Location on the edges of the BBK area and 10-15min walk to the Russian market area, so close enough to expat/tourist areas but also quite local. Washing machine and decent space in kitchenette. Staff were approachable. Back-lit wardrobe, rain shower and robes were a nice luxurious touch. Mattress was super firm, which suited me well.

The electric sockets are international sockets, no need to bring power adaptor. They are really equipped including projector on level 13, so you can really have your corporate meetings. Never add photos of room as the hotel is new and as shown in the booking.com photos.
