The staff was incredibly kind and patient and willing to help in any way (despite the language barrier sometimes). The location is perfect. Close to the opera, arbat, restaurants, supermarkets, and even the bus stop to Medeo is very close. They even had a free shuttle to the hotel when we landed. The double bed was wide and co Fortaleza for me and my two children. It was quiet and calm.
