Right at the beach "entrance", opposite of Cenang Mall (which actually isn't that important, the main street is full of different shops like 7/11 anyway). Our room was probably the best on the 2nd floor! Great sea view, balcony large enough. Btw, the beach right next to the hotel is the best in Cenang, definitely not the Pantai Tengah that is quite hard to access quickly.
