I had booked this Hotel but due to Covid all flights were cancelled and I could arrive to this Hotel. I had asked for refund but they didn't want to do it. Therefore I'm not happy with their service.

And working as it should be. Linens and towels are clean and good quality. Parking lots enough for 2 cars. WiFi was good too. Villa was well maintained and upkeep by host Nerida. *Note that you need to drive out about 20mins to reach Rotorua City Centre.
