Lovely gift on our arrival, which was nice as our hoilday was to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. Good location close to many tourist Redwoods and Te Puia. Highly recomend.

Short drive to government house. The room is large, and the spa tub is huge! Room is quiet, parking on site with very little walking. Overall great value for money. Our accommodation was downstairs with two beds, a kitchen and bathroom, and was very clean and comfortable. The cats were also friendly. Chatting with the owner over breakfast, which is served upstairs, was good to hear more about Rotorua and other parts of NZ. We would definitely recommend this BnB.PaulUnited Kingdom
