This is a great location for beautiful sunsets as well as seeing the power of the Atlantic Ocean rush through a relatively small opening, the mouth of hell. I went first on a calm, sunny day, where the power of the water was relatively sleepy compared to the next time, when the ocean was a bit stormy and the water rushing into the mouth of hell, was powerful and awe inspiring. Walking from Cascais is great exercise and may be too long with a gentle incline for some travelers. Also, bring 20 cent Euro to use the restroom facilities, should you need them. The units are self-cleaning, so whatever you do, do not try to enter after someone has exited, as you may be stuck inside while cleaning. Wait for it to turn green, pay your 20 cents and wait for the door to open.Pircer

Pool at hotel and mini beach next to hotel was perfect for us. Also was a quick 10 min walk to bigger beach and 15 min walk to Boca do Inferno. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and a nice value. Junior Suite had a terrace overlooking pool and ocean and worked really well to comfortably accommodate our family of four.

They offered us free parking because we had kids (this usually costs 10€ per day). The service was really good. Our room was comfortable and my baby for once was able to sleep in his crib 😀. The location is just perfect, at the city centre of cascais. You don't even need a car you can walk to almost everywhere. The "boca do inferno" is close to and a great park for kids to play. HOTEL BAIA ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ THANK YOU
