There is no elevator but the staff will carry your luggage upstairs. The location on Wua Lai Road means that it is close to the night market and just outside Chiang Mai gate (about a 6 minute walk). The road is also the site of a Sunday Evening Walking Market so you have everything just outside the door. The staff is WONDERFUL.
