Definitely go to Quincy Market.
Definitely go to Quincy Market. It is stacked full of places to eat and a wonderful variety of food hot and cold on offer. We went there for dinner one evening and the food was great. We tried the seafood platter which was more than enough for 2 people and a good variety of seafood. We tried the philly fries and they were awesome. In fact we had them twice. The torte we had in one of the stalls was gorgeous. Lovely light sponge and plenty of cream and strawberries. All reasonably priced with a great atmosphere around the stalls. The first great outdoor mall, the Market still has a wide variety of fun stores and restaurants. The architects did a great job of matching the heritage buildings of the Freedom Trail (another must do). On summer days and evenings, the place hops with music and fun. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the shower was powerful, and the beds were very comfortable. Our agenda included a trip to the Aquarium, Faneuil Hall & The Freedom Trail. We did everything by foot. The Bostonian lent itself to that ability.
