The pool and gazebo was a great place for hanging out after a day of exploring the nearby national parks. The cabin had a fully equipped kitchen. The owners were friendly and accommodating.

Kees - the owner - somehow managed to create one of the cleanest and most comfortable stay, in tents that we experienced in CR. The farm is green and close to nature - with it's own river and also a waterfall close to it. We only spent 1 night here - which we regret, because it might be a perfect location to do 'star tours'.

Everything. All the places we stayed on our trip were great, but this one was the best. When it comes down to hospitality it can’t get any better. Gail and Bryan are wonderful people and it was so much fun just sitting on the beautiful terrace chatting to them and watching the toucans in the trees. everthing super clean and well maintained. Kids loved the pool. We would return in an instant. Actually- when planning another CR vacation we would try to make Mango tree part of our itinerary even when our plans would be to explore other parts of the country - it’s a must!

The lodge is a beautiful design with a forest backdrop, full of wildlife. It was an excellent place to spend time and we only wish we could have stayed longer. Every day brings a new and delicious breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.

The owners were on site & took very good care of everything. The man is the primary helper! He is very detail oriented & thorough. The breakfast was super tasty with quality food. So many beautiful birds were flying around, turtles in the little streams, it was amazing. we spend a lot of time in the lovely swimming pool teaching our toddler to swim with the sounds of the jungle as background. Best experience ever, highly recommended.
