the property itself is exceptionally beautiful and very clean but the two girls running it are so kind and helpful. We ended up arriving later than planned and didn’t have time to eat. They whipped us up an amazing dinner of their menu and it was one of the best meals we’ve had. It was so convenient for us.

I spoiled myself with a day pass to Mount Kenya Safari Club to visit the animal orphanage and swim. Purity's Jack Daniels Cocktail by the fire was great.

Very good point to start self drive safaris in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, however we found western areas 7 - 10 km behind the bridge, along the river the most interesting.
