Such a lovely location. We stayed in a building away from the main house but we went to the house for breakfast in the morning. Peter was a very good host and lent us (together with another two couples staying there) his car to drive into town to have dinner at the pub. Peter made fresh bread for breakfast which was delicious. Wifi was available at the house and surrounds but I'm not sure about where we were staying - we didn't try, we were happy just to soak up the beautiful countyside.

Two Communal lounges as well as kitchen facilities with tea and coffee. Breakfast was continental, help yourself and was adequate. A lovely Lodge, we enjoyed our stay ♥MichelleYoung couple

A very comfortable and warm lodge set in beautiful surroundings on a working farm. Peter made us feel very welcome and was very friendly and informative. He made vehicles available for people without cars to get to the Waipiata tavern for a great dinner.

The owner was so accommodating as we decided last minute to change to the lodge. The restaurant at the pub had amazing meals, awesome place. Highly recommend
