The lodge far exceeded our expectations, it was magical and a particular highlight was the surrounding forest and river. The fire pit on a clear night is really something special, so good for the soul to be amongst nature this beautiful. The ammenities are modern and tastefully done, we loved the bird and tree guides, and the outdoor bath was the cherry on top!

Ideally located just 5 minutes' drive from Whitianga town centre, WoodyHanger Lodge features views over Mercury Bay and is just metres away from native bush. It boasts an outdoor pool with bay views.

The view is amazing. The apartment located away from the main house is beautifully decorated. It is a dream location and just 5 minutes drive away from Whitianga. The hosts were very nice and very discreet. We enjoyed the quietness and the beauty of the place. The 3 days that we spent there were a dream part of our vacation

Amazingly beautiful property with stunning views of Cooks Beach. We loved getting to know the owners and they were very gracious throughout our stay. Home cooked breakfasts, lots of local knowledge and recommendations. You won’t regret your stay at Mercury Ridge.

Set on 1.5 acres of tropical gardens, lawns and native trees, Tatahi Lodge is located in the lovely seaside village of Hahei. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV and outdoor furniture.

Check-in was easy, very friendly and down to earth people. I loved how they were an Eco resort as we.
