The place is filled with love and tranquility. From the moment I checked in, I noticed the warmth of Claudia and Rudi to make sure we were happy. The firepit, the BBQ, and the wine for dinner were just amazing. On top of that, Tupac the llama-dog was so fun. He surely contributes to making everyone happy by being such as lovely pet. I highly recommend the Spirit of the River lodge.

There was a beautiful open courtyard that was stunning. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff were great in helping us book a taxi or lodge our luggage for the day.

It's a great building and at least half of the people working were volunteers (worked for their lodging there), which means they were especially helpful and friendly! Special shout out to Ana Paula, who was very welcoming and helpful! Wifi very strong throughout. The hostel organizes great nightly events with a wonderful relaxed and fun atmosphere--cannot recommend enough! This is the place to stay in Cusco :D
